FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
Including the uncomfortable ones: our commissions, the files we decline, and the real chances of success.
Are you a clinic?
No. We are an independent advisory firm. Medical procedures are performed by partner centres licensed in their own country, under the responsibility of their own physicians.
How do you choose the countries you work in?
One entry criterion: a written, applicable statute governing IVF and, where relevant, gamete donation. We exclude jurisdictions without a clear text or without a supervisory authority.
Can you help if my project is not lawful in the country concerned?
No, and we will tell you on the first call. We decline any file that would require circumventing the law of the country of treatment or of your country of residence.
Do you receive commission from the clinics?
No. Our fees are paid by our clients only and are known in advance. We take no kickback on medical procedures or medication.
What are the chances of success?
They depend chiefly on the age of the person the eggs come from and on the medical indication. We give you the selected centre's figures by age band and cycle type, without rounding them up.
What if the cycle fails?
We arrange a medical debrief, analyse what can be adjusted — protocol, laboratory, indication for PGT-A — and tell you whether a further attempt is reasonable. Our multi-cycle packages cover that continuity.
Is my medical file confidential?
Yes. Health data is processed in line with the GDPR, hosted in the European Union, and shared with a centre only after your explicit written consent.
Do you handle surrogacy?
This draft site presents no surrogacy programme. Any such activity would require a dedicated legal analysis, country by country, before being mentioned publicly.
